This High-Vitamin Butter Oil is extracted from dairy milk produced by cows that graze exclusively on irrigated grass of the Northern Great Plains. The combination of climate and irrigation produces a rapidly growing specialized forage ensuring optimal levels of Activator X. Activator X is now thought to be the recently discovered nutrient vitamin K2 which is essential for good health and vitality working synergistically with vitamins A & D in many biochemical functions.
High vitamin butter oil is rich in vitamin K2, conjugated linolenic acid (CLA) known to fight insulin resistance and cancerous cells and support the immune system; the Wulzen 'anti-stiffness' factor which helps protect against degenerative joint disease, cataracts and the hardening of arteries; Lauric and myristic acid which help improve cholesterol profiles by raising HDL; and buytric acid which has been shown to help reduce inflammation in the colon.
