I'm interested in getting our website listed on your Food Finder database.We are suppliers of grass fed beef and lamb, and pastured pork and chicken all raised truly free range in the hills of Pendle, Lancashire.In addtition to the typical cuts, we offer offal, odd cuts and marrow bones, ensuring we make full use of the animal.

Ive been into weight training now for about 7 years on and off, over that time ive tried adopted the typical bodybuilder style diet, high protein, low fat with varying carbs.

Soy free eggs

 Any one know of an organic brand of eggs in supermarkets or online that are not fed soy? I'd like to start feeding my baby healthy egg yolks but can't find soy free eggs.Thanks for any information.

Thyroid & diet.

Is there anyone out there who knows about hypothyroidism and diet? I have been hypothyroid for many years now but in spite of my low-carb diet (of ten years) I have been unable to regain my pre-hypothyroid weight. I am healthy but REALLY fed up trying to lose this extra weight! (Around 11stone.)

I read just about every book I can lay my hands on looking for an explanation of why carbohydrates make me fat. Most books tell me that, all about insulin etc which makes sense, but it still left a niggling question. Why when i was younger and certainly no more active, did i eat lots of carbohydrates and not put on weight.

Nutrition Course

My daughter thinks that she might study nutrition. She has listened to me over the last ten years, going on about low carb and (most of the time!) sticks to it herself. The trouble is, all courses that we have looked at trot out the same high carb nonsense. Does anyone know of any appropriate and accredited courses? If not, maybe someone would like to devise one?

Hi there,as an avid fan of the web site and regular buyer of reccommended products, I would like to ask what you know about Waitrose affililiation with the Duchy brand and if it qualifies for natural food finder seal of approval?  Also I have been buying 'village bakery' organic rye bread from Waitrose and also wondered how authentic it actually is?

What is Grass Fed Beef or Pasture Fed Beef?

Put simply, American grass fed beef is exactly that--beef animals that are fed grass or pasture raised. Most cattle in the United States are not grass fed beef, but are instead fed grain.
