Facts

Most commercial supplements contain highly processed and highly fragmented vitamins and minerals. The vitamins have been chemically produced in a laboratory to mimic the molecular structure of real vitamins from nature.

In addition, most supplements only contain about 10-30 isolated main ingredients. These supplements do not contain the multitude of trace nutrients that are needed to make the main nutrients work well. So, the main nutrients are helpless to do much of anything.

Studies show that these processed and fragmented supplements are really a tremendous detriment to your health. Your body actually needs to use its valuable nutrient reserves to rid itself of these impostor vitamins and minerals!

Synthetic multi vitamin tablets and liquids, most protein powders; meal replacements, diet pills, thermogenic aids and "Nutritional" drinks.

Standard food supplements from health food stores, pure organic, grass fed cold processed whey protein.

Good

Health store natural (ideally organic) herbal formulations, nutrients dense 'super' foods and natural cod liver oil.

Best

Concentrated food extracts like pure cod liver oil, freeze dried liver and other glandulars, natural pro-biotic formulas, organic medicinal herbs and herbal formulations.
