How do I use it?: Honey can be taken neat off the spoon, but you may find it more enjoyable as a sweetner in warm drinks (honey is sensitive to high heat) or on sourdough bread with plenty of organic grassfed butter. We suggest a teaspoon a day yaken in whatever way suits you best.
