Calcium is a great protector of the brain and nervous system so calcium rich dairy products and bone broths are a must. Ironically, MSG, is used in sauces and soups to provide the flavour that should be provided by calcium rich broth. When we consume imitation foods flavoured with MSG, we not only poison the nervous system but also cheat ourselves of protective calcium.
