Just take a minute to consider your different body functions. 

Make notes of all the areas of your body that don't seem to function too well e.g stomach (bloated), itchy nose, insomnia, pulled muscle. Once you have made this list read on.

Now think about your dental work you've had done over the years. Print of the picture in this blog or It may even be worth asking your dentist for a print out of your notes. Everything is computerised now and it's not hard to ask for a quick print out of the image they have on their pc. You could just get a friend or family member to gaze into your mouth and mark off the chart for you.

Go through each filling, cap or any other work you have had done and match it up to the explanations below. Go through and circle the teeth that have had work, are rotting or chipped.
