This delicious natural flapjack has been carefully prepared from 3 wholefood ingredients; wholegrain oats, organic virgin coconut oil and natural Sweet Freedom syrup. Coco-jacks are a great way to get a convenient, nutritious snack on the go. Care has been taken not to make flapjack too sweet and the natural fruit syrup that is used has lower amounts of fructose than Agave, sugar and honey at only 23g per 100g. This ensures that the nutritional benefits of wholegrain oats and organic coconut oil can be enjoyed to their full. Another great way to get your nutritious daily hit of the beneficial medium chain triglycerides (lauric acid) found in coconut oil.
